Sour Cream Chocolate Cupcakes with Nutella Frosting
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add butter, sour cream, egg and vanilla. Beat until blended and fluffy. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before icing.
1/2 cup nutella
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
5 tablespoons heavy cream
Mix ingredients together with an electric mixer until fluffy.
