1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup (4 ounces) cheddar cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons ripe black olives, sliced
Sprinkle cornmeal onto a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press pizza crust into pan.
Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Stir together black beans and next 3 ingredients. Mash with a fork. Stir in chilies. Spread mixture over crust.
Combine salsa and pizza sauce. Spread over bean mixture. Sprinkle with onion, bell pepper, black olives and cheese.
Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
