This is my favorite protein shake recipe. It is modified version of the caramel apple pie protein shake from the Dashing Dish. The recipe makes one large serving.
Caramel Apple Pie Protein Shake
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Syntha-6 vanilla ice-cream)
2 tablespoons sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
a dash of cinnamon
1/2 to 1 cup water
1 tablespoon honey
7 ice cubes
Put everything in the blender. Blend until a creamy consistency is reached.
