Sesame-Honey Baked Chicken

Sesame-Honey Baked Chicken

Nonstick cooking spray
5 boneless chicken thighs
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. Season thighs with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, stir together honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes. Brush sides of the chicken thighs with the mixture. Arrange on prepared pan. Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds.

Bake chicken, uncovered, for 20 – 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.

By my calculations – Per servings – Calories: 153, Total Fat: 7g, Sat. Fat: 1.8g, Carb: 8.1g, Fiber: 0.2g, Protein: 13.9g
