French Dressing

FrenchDressing-300x225This recipe is easy and really good. It is from an insert called 50 salad dressings in Food Network magazine. The recipe makes 18 tablespoons.

 

 

 

 

French Dressing

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

Place all items in blender jar. Blend until smooth.

By my calculation: Per tablespoon – Calories: 36, Total Fat: 3.1g, Sat. Fat: 0.4g, Carb: 2.3g, Fiber: 0.1g, Protein: 0.2g
