First off, I do not like boiled eggs, but I like these deviled eggs. They have just the right amount of kick. This recipe is from the Indian Cooking Made Easy , Sometimes Not So Easy blog. Everyone that has tasted these eggs, loved them.
Sriracha Deviled Eggs
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 teaspoon spicy mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon Sriracha
Slice the eggs in half and reserve the yolk in a bowl.
In the bowl with yolks, add the mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, onion flakes, and Sriracha. Stir until creamy. Spoon into empty eggs.
By my calculation – Per piece – Calories: 51, Total Fat: 3.8g, Sat. Fat: 1g, Carb: 1.1g, Fiber: 0.1g, Protein: 3.2g
