Hawaiian Pork Chops

No MSG Hawaiian Pork ChopsThis recipe is delicious. It is from The First Gentleman’s Cookbook, page 191.





Hawaiian Pork Chops

18 ounces canned sliced pineapple
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons apple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
4 to 6  pork chops, 1 inch thick

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine pineapple juice with remaining ingredients except pork chops. Mix until brown sugar is dissolved.  Marinate pork chops overnight in a covered dish. Broil over medium-low heat for 12 to 15 minutes on each side. Place pineapple ring and 1 teaspoon sauce on top of each pork chop for the last 5 minutes of broiling time.
