Harvest Popcorn Mix
1 cup chopped dried apple
2 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
6 cups popped corn (cooked without salt or fat)
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 cup raisins
Place dried apple in a large bowl. Combine honey and pumpkin pie spice: pour
over dried apples, tossing gently to coat. Add popcorn and toss gently to coat.
Spread mixture in a single layer in a 15-x10-x1-inch jelly roll pan coated with
vegetable spray. Bake at 200′ for 40 minutes, stirring once. Turn oven off, and
leave popcorn mixture in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven, and spread on wax paper.
Cool completely. Add raisins and toss gently.
Yield: 6 1/2 cups
