2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon light sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon peeled, minced ginger root
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
4 (4-ounce) tilapia filets
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.
Brush both sides of each filet with lime juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add margarine. Place skillet over medium-low heat until margarine melts. Add filets, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with soy sauce mixture. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve immediately.
